6. Liability and Indemnification

The Service Provider is responsible for the proper handling and disposal of waste. However, the Client is liable for ensuring that all waste is appropriately categorized and does not include prohibited or illegal materials.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the improper disposal of waste by the Client.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a written notice 30 days in advance. Termination may be immediate in cases of breach of terms or illegal activities.

7.1 Effects of Termination

  • Final billing will be conducted for services rendered up to the termination date.
  • All waste must be removed from the premises within 7 days of termination.

8. Confidentiality

9. Compliance with Laws

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Amendments to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per governing laws.
